Account & Merchant Data: When registering, we collect your name, business email, store URL, and chosen credentials.
Settlement & Order Files: When you upload courier settlement advice sheets or sync store fulfillments, we process consignment numbers, delivery dates, COD collected amounts, and courier charges solely to perform mathematical reconciliation.
Public Calculators: Figures entered into public calculators at /tools/cod-profit-calculator are processed client-side inside your web browser and are not saved to our servers without your consent.
3. How We Protect Your Data
We implement industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your store's sales, customer names, or courier financial records to any third parties or advertisers.
